This Register is an independent reference site, made by its editors from public tools and archives. It is not the Ulutas Genetic Research Journal, is not operated by, nor affiliated with, SAGEYA or any person formerly connected with the journal, and publishes no articles, takes no submissions, and offers no peer review.
Of the Purpose
The domain once held a journal. Old citations and lists still point to it. The purpose of this site is to tell a reader who arrives by that road what is known, and to teach the short method by which any journal may be examined.
